Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date of placement. Working days mean Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer due to logistics or high-demand periods — we appreciate your patience when that happens.

We currently ship across India. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery is available to most pin codes. In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable, we'll notify you promptly.

Orders are processed on working days only. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

We put care into packing every order — so it reaches you exactly as it should.

Every CareGenie product is packed thoughtfully to ensure it arrives safe, sealed, and intact. We use minimal packaging that is responsible and avoids unnecessary waste.

If anything arrives damaged, please reach out — we'll make it right.

We accept returns or replacements if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is unusable or tampered upon arrival

Please raise a concern within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo or video as proof.

Returns are not accepted if:

• The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
• The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
• The issue is a personal preference or skin reaction (we recommend patch testing)
